Started working on these classes again since I may have need of them soon. So the Berserk's spells are now equal amongst types, and there are at least five or so general spells at each level. I moved Berserk Combat School to fifth level of that class, to try to mitigate the front loadedness. Need a capstone too, though, but at least there's an improvement. I'll work on Frenzied Berserker later. If anyone thinks there's some serious issue with the spells, let me know what it is and why you think so.
Cuz apparently I gotta break this down for you dense motherfuckers- I'm trans feminine nonbinary. My pronouns are they/them.

9d6: While Raging, or whatever, you gain the ability Frightful Presence as set forth in the Monster Manual.
That actually leaves out several key details:
SRD wrote: Frightful Presence (Ex)
This special quality makes a creature’s very presence unsettling to foes. It takes effect automatically when the creature performs some sort of dramatic action (such as charging, attacking, or snarling). Opponents within range who witness the action may become frightened or shaken. Actions required to trigger the ability are given in the creature’s descriptive text. The range is usually 30 feet, and the duration is usually 5d6 rounds.

So I think you mean "You gain a Frightful Presence ability that triggers when you enter or maintain a Rage (or similar state). Opponents within 30 ft are shaken (or didja mean frightened?) for 5d6 rounds. This ability affects only opponents with fewer Hit Dice or levels than the creature has. An affected opponent can resist the effects with a successful Will save (DC 10 + your HD + Cha modifier). An opponent that succeeds on the saving throw is immune to that same creature’s frightful presence for 24 hours.

And I'm compelled to point out that such an ability stacks with the 1d6 demoralize-as-free action to let you push all opponents within 30' 2(or is it 3?) levels up the fear chart. That's only a concern at the level it comes online as you're doing it with free actions.
"But transportation issues are social-justice issues. The toll of bad transit policies and worse infrastructure—trains and buses that don’t run well and badly serve low-income neighborhoods, vehicular traffic that pollutes the environment and endangers the lives of cyclists and pedestrians—is borne disproportionately by black and brown communities."

I haven't gone back to the feat at all, yet. But I keep forgetting that Frightful Presence is not a set ability. So I'll fix that. Some how.

It looks to me like a Frenzied Berserker would be the ideal Barbarian build choice. It grants a faster Rage Dice progression, builds upon the Barbarian's Sidestep Hazards and Battle Hardened abilities (which it gains during the 7 levels it takes as prerequisite) with Imp. Evasion and Mettle and fast healing at all times instead of out of combat.

It's really a bit much.

Prak, I'm glad you did this. I've been sitting thinking about the exact same thing for the last few weeks (how there are no, barbarian prcs or specific support in the tome really)
I was thinking of just making some "Su" rage feats which I probably still will but I wanted to say, while you get the bolts down its good work.
I used to play one of those fear based barbarians myself. . . and you can get close by taking Greks: Awesome to behold feat.
Or by taking: Dreadful Demeanor, Hordebreaker, and Master of Terror... though the oppurtunity cost of taking those to a barbarian are pretty huge.
Don't hate the world you see, create the world you want....
Dear Midnight, you have actually made me sad. I took a day off of posting yesterday because of actual sadness you made me feel in my heart for you.
